Kerby Lecka has over 25 years of marketing experience from specialized niche products, healthcare, consumer and high-tech to packaged goods…most notably Packard Bell and Mattel. He ensures that every marketing message is grounded in well-planned strategies derived from a complete knowledge of the target audience as well as the market. With a degree in Radio-TV-Film from Cal State Northridge’s respected School of Communications, Kerby provides brand management, corporate image and product positioning skills to every client marketing assignment. The last 10 years he has applied his expertise to sustainable business development to improve the brand and profits of growing companies transitioning to sustainable business practices, including organics material management companies like Agromin and grower/food processors like Gills Onions.
Co-founder, Chief Creative Officer
Joe Cibere has successfully translated marketing strategies into creative executions for over 35 years as an illustrator, photographer, designer and creative director on national accounts such as Carnation, Chrysler, Honda, and Sunkist. During the last 10 years he has focused on information graphics design to visually distill concepts and complex relationships into easy-to understand imagery – to communicate sustainable processes and strategies simply and to enhance company brands. He has also applied his talents to new media and web design so that WMW provides multi-discipline implementation to its clients. Joe also finds time to teach Watercolor Technique and Design at the California Art Institute.
Digital Marketing Designer
Susanne Rector has extensive design experience in print and digital communications utilizing technology – she’s a self-professed “total tech geek.” Originally from Germany, Susanne worked for various Fashion magazines in Germany, Australia and the US as a Graphic Designer Art Director and Creative Director. She is equally adept at magazine, catalog, trade show and collateral material design and production as she is at explainer videos, social media campaigns, websites, email and direct marketing. If there were a phrase “Renaissance Woman,” she would define it.
Web and Graphic Design Artist
Damaso Abrajan has made a successful career of blending insane design skills with evolving technologies in the most seamless way. Beginning as a web developer in ad agencies, and refining his graphics skills on the corporate side, Damaso has grown up using technology as his primary communication tool. Damaso’s particular strength is his ability to both create and produce a project independently as well as to collaborate and incorporate the vision of others. He also brings practical web analytics and SEO skills as well as fluency in Spanish as may be required.
Technical Illustration, Color Consultation
Barry Ridge is adept at using strategy before design to ensure the effort meets the specific objectives of reaching, informing and persuading the intended audience. Expert understanding of how color effects human response in marketing communications on an emotional level beyond slogans and offers. Founded on using a background of technical illustration and aerospace publication experience to plan, manage and integrate large projects into a unified image and message.
Strategy, Content and Public Outreach
Combining a passion for strategy and innovation, Bonnie Quintanilla creates compelling marketing communications and content strategies that advance the business goals of her clients. Bonnie is a prolific writer and has ghost-written hundreds of articles, numerous books, and a documentary for her clients. She earned bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and in Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Professional Designation in Public Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was later hired to teach “Writing for Public Relations.” Bonnie is also an accomplished artist working primarily in glass and clay.
Public Relations & Event Management
A results-oriented communicator, Phyllis Grabot excels in planning and executing all aspects of events and public relations for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups and nonprofits. She has earned praise for the innovative approaches she creates to deliver impact through community relations, event and speaker management, product launches and placements, and trade, business, and consumer media. Phyllis holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Journalism and the other in Radio-TV-Film from California State University, Northridge.
